** Sale pending at Site.point **
Due to my need for a new car, I am looking to sell this site. There are nearly 2,000 REAL forum posts. All real members, no paid posting whatsoever! Why buy a site with crappy, fake posts when you can buy one with a real community? There is currently one moderator who has been a really great help.
The site runs vBulletin, but the license is not included in this sale. There is a vbBux / vbPlaza point system/store installed and can be used to reward members for things such as posts if the buyer chooses.
This is a great start for someone who wants a large Xbox 360 forum, since you already have a great member and post base to work from.
I am also including my PR3 domain X360Talk.com, which is the former location of the site and still receives 30 uniques/day on average.
Revenue Details:
When I ran Adsense in July, I earned around $25. However that was with low site traffic, and no advertising (I never tried to monetize the site properly). Since then I have switched to Bidvertiser, but I don't remember my password and so I can't check the stats.
Traffic Details:
The site is averaging 35 uniques per day in September with only minor word-of-mouth advertising. If someone actually had the time to promote the site, it could be huge! Stats for all three months of the site's existence:

Traffic is almost all type-in, and is via word-of-mouth. I do not advertise anywhere, as I have been really busy running another site lately, and lost interest in this site.

Just to give you an idea of the value of this site, the other day I sold a 400-post forum with less traffic and no revenue, for $550! The buyer of Xbox 360 Talk will be getting a real steal!
