I would recommend getting Domain-Retriever.

It finds domains in Yahoo, Dmoz, AltaVista, AOL and Lycos. You pick the search engines, download the domain lists (provided free with 10 minute updates) and click search.

Either click on the AD Domain-Retriever has up on this forum, or if you cannot find it, goto www.Domain-Retriever.com, to learn more and view the screenshots.

It would be nice to get linked from this site so that the owner of this forum (Dan) can make some money from the sale.

Our competitors are:

Yahtool - www.Yahtool.com
Popular-Domains - Popular-Domains.com

Duke,

You and some other people requested that we add this feature to DR several days ago.

Now you can enter in keywords (as many as you want) and only load/scan the domains that contain those keywords.

A sample screenshot has been uploaded to our site in the products section.

Thanks,
Luc L.

interesting thread

domain retriever I would like to talk to you about offering the software on http://dropwizard.com
email me [email protected]

As for yahtool mine has been glitchy I have had to reinstall it a few times. It just stops working.

droppal is OK i use them as a back up for yahtool. But I have frequently had accurate results from yahtool that are not reflected in droppal. I also can't figure out how they get their ITC ratings. It doesn't seem to be accurate based on my experience.
