Kane dot me , Because that's me!

I had preordered arm.me and wed.me.

yep, godaddy definitely screwed us on this one. I got one domain from another registrar and bam they are now all gone.

nice names.

I just managed to reg arm.me and wed.me on godaddy, but I won't believe it til it is reflected in the whois info.

I think the whois servers got overloaded so there is no verification going on everything is just available.

pen.me is mine through Go Daddy

whois for both my .me are working

RELAX dot me

''($)'#()'$# godaddy website.....:upset:

had to call in and wait listening to jazz.........

only 1, but a good one, me thinks

well, i bought it via phone, but cant see it on the whois........ uh oh....

I paid GoDaddy for 24 .me domain names. Some I won, some are going to auction, some are coming back as unsuccesful in registering.

So far the best one I picked up is counselor.me

I'm never going to use Godaddy for anything like this again. They well and truly fail.

I would not blame GoDaddy for anything.

GoDaddy, like every other registrar, has to play the rules of .me so they follow the sunrise, landrush, and public periods.

GoDaddy and every other registrar have been SLAMMED all morning. The countdown timer on GoDaddy went to 8am Pacific Time Zone and about 20 seconds later the .me was available to use.

My first order on GoDaddy took around 18 minutes, just waiting for the server to handle the request. What sucks is when you check for a domain name, it's available, but in the 18 minutes it takes to get through checkout, someone else may have grabbed it up at another registrar and then you pay for and GoDaddy tells you they did not succesfully register the domain for you. No big deal, the same email says they will refund you with 24 hours so I'm cool with that.

And just to throw out there, while I was waiting for GoDaddy, I jumped on Enom figuring I could double up with my time and Enom was just down.

I dont think GoDaddy has or can do anything wrong to screw us over. I'm not a GoDaddy fanboy, but I also have yet to read any real valid complaints toward them.

Should be interesting after they clean up this mess. GoDaddy shows 4 of the names safetly in my account that I registered today. The other 20 or so were paid for but I am assuming I didn't get. Looks like a mess.

Godaddy is doing the same to me, reporting that my domains are still available, but when I search at ENOM they are taken. So Enom has definitely won the war here on a better performance, even with domain.me whois not working properly.
