The logos are similiar sure, but a globe and check mark hardly mean it was stolen. Considering the changes that would have to be made, and how many check marks and orbs are out there, anyone with a graphics program could do that. It would be easier to start from scratch than to change theirs. Unless you know for sure "stolen" seems a bit harsh as well as unlikely.

Darn! I paid Fonz $35 for the script and name but i actually only wanted the
script for PHPLibrary.com Still its a great script we should get a users
group together and share mods.
