I have an account that I have never used, the problem is I can not access it anymore. I even spoke to them on the phone about it maybe 6 months ago. The strange thing is I am a Canadian citizen, but they still gave me the account. When I try to log in it asks for my state, so I am not able to log in and access the account.

If you can help me figure out how to access it I am willing to sell it...

I lost the original email and I do not know the user ID or password. When I try to retreive them it asks me to input a US State, well, I do not live in the US so I can not get the user ID or password...

Do they have a phone number to call for that?

Easier way to login to your YPN account
If you are like me, you probably find it annoying that you can't simply go to http://publisher.yahoo.com and login to your YPN account from there. Instead, you need to navigate to https://publisher.yahoo.com/portal/login.php in order to see the login page.

It was one of those pesky things that a few publishers had commented on to me, but something that I just never seemed to remember to mention to the YPN team... until today when I had to login while on the phone to them...

So the YPN team has put in a request to the powers-that-be to add a noticeable login link on the main http://publisher.yahoo.com. But in the meantime, if you click the Yahoo! Publisher Network ad on the top left, it will take you directly to the YPN login page.

for that much $ being offered I would be suspicious that Yahoo is here trying to find people willing to break the terms of service...what's wrong with you people :)

And how does a non-American propose to use their new account when you need a valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID number? Good luck getting paid without it!
