zune names

Won't there be any TradeMark issues in registering such names?
There has to be some risk in owning zune names. I think that MS were after a few recently. Didn't it cost some of the owners $100,000 ? I would avoid.

Microsoft has hired an agency to track all the zune names. I would imagine that these may be a target right after the current suits. The scary part is they are using the courts and not WIPO or NAF. Big fines may insue.
Fake whois records can be traced back thru the registrar records and they can have at "John Doe" via his credit card company etc etc.
