zune names

when are mictosoft finally going to release this long awaited zune player? I want to see if i can start making some cheddar with my zune names.

There has to be some risk in owning zune names. I think that MS were after a few recently. Didn't it cost some of the owners $100,000 ? I would avoid.

What if domain was registered before MS filled their TM?

Microsoft has hired an agency to track all the zune names. I would imagine that these may be a target right after the current suits. The scary part is they are using the courts and not WIPO or NAF. Big fines may insue.

Fake whois records can be traced back thru the registrar records and they can have at "John Doe" via his credit card company etc etc.
