Just wondering what the value would be and how I could go about selling it.

Georgia is a small market. I don't think you can even register IDN in the local extension (.ge).
There is another, separate IDN TLD for Georgia: .გე but I don't think it is active.
Even as a novelty I don't see value. Good luck.
