Please tell me why then ALL keywords are available on a new TLD? What's the point, if someone can register Stocks.mobi and the .com owner comes after him?

.xxx would not substitute the .com or any other TLD in the adult realm but it would make it more clear that the content is adult, thus easier to block for non-adults.

Well there is a lot of talk amoung adult webmasters that once .xxx is passed, shortly after laws will be passed that make it mandatory that all adult material must be on the xxx extention (although it won't have much effect if only the US adopts such a law). Even ICM while telling adult webmasters xxx will never be mandatory, says out of the other side of their mouths that for xxx to work, it would have to mandatory. If it wasn't, xxx wouldn't be worth near as much and blocking xxx would be pointless as there would still tons of porn on other extentions.

If the domains didn't cost 75 dollars a piece, which i see no reason for them to cost that much, it wouldn't be as bad but like all extentions, even mobi its a money grab by the creators. ICM stands to make millions from this and thats why they have been trying to get xxx through since 2000.

As for the keyword issue, xxx is a different can of worms in my opinion. Its all still speculation but say for example, the owner of adult.com shouldn't be forced to spend god only knows just so they can continue to operate if laws are passed saying adult.com cannot contain any adult material. With new TLD's coming out, stocks.com doesn't have to close its doors or remove material to continue to operate as they have been.
