Does the name have possible trademark issues?

So if you are asking for an appraisal for a .com having a 1350 overture i will blindly appraise at Low XXXX without knowing the domain.

It really depends on the domain name

I don't see how a domain can have 1350 OVT w/ ext without having any trademarks at all unless it is a super generic term, in which case it would be worth tens of thousands. So like others said, hard to be able to tell you a price without knowing the name.

no, it all depends on traffic

it could get real low traffic and be worth $xxx or very high

How can you blindly appraise a domain by it's overture numbers? The overture number could be inflated, and or wrong. The name, trademark issues, linkpop, SE position for keywords, targetted market, and traffic should all be taken into account when making an appraisal.

Yes in the end it all comes down to the traffic but the domain name will tell the traffic type. Whether it is:

Type-in traffic
Typo Traffic
SE Traffic or
Temp traffic

The traffic type and domain name will play a very important role on how long the clicks will last.

If your looking for a 1350 overture .com domain name and you don't care what type of traffic it is or what the domain name is (gauranteed not to be trademarked), send $500 to me by PayPal and I will send you the domain

There should be a rule to forbid people to play stupid guessing games like this one.

This is a professional forum, if you can't do a serious post and state your domain why even waste people's time?

This is no JOKE.. I want to see how the so called "pro"s value a name. There is no set way. some look at traffic others look at the name. Some look at both. This is what makes the domain name great. You might think your name is great but everyone else thinks it sucks.
Some may say that name is worth $10,000 where others wouldn't pay $10

:-D

But in all seriousness, you cannot expect a true value to be given without the url. It can be worth $0-$10,000,000 though so all appraisals done so far are correct

Two can play the same guessing game; how much money is there in my wallet right now?
