OMG that's SO FUNNY! Jeez I can't stop laughing. Really I can't.

I think it's also funny that it took 11 days before anyone visited the IDN General forum to notice this thread

Sitting on my (_x_) scratching head :?:

Ah! :D I thought the tinyurl was part of your sig.

I'm basically saying that IDN is a ghost town..

Yep, they are definitely dead in the water- here, can't think why anyone would want to use their own language to access the internet- never catch on.

Had noticed it but gave it the attention it deserved, actually thought it was Acro up to his old tricks.

Well, here's a thought - in theory, there should be far more people who use non-ASCII domains than those who do. This forum should be flooded with people trading their high traffic, high income IDN domains. And yet, here we are :asleep:

I just set an annual recurring alarm in my calendar. I'll pop by this thread every year from now on and post another tumbleweed.. :)

Can I register a 3-worder, dashed IDN .mobi? :D

Beachie lives Down Under; until particle transportation Star Trek style is in effect, I shall be staying put in Florida :D

Don't start that, "Can I register a 3-worder, dashed IDN .mobi" you will start a stampede and then there will be none left for the rest of us.

I have the traffic from Chinese but not so much income yet- but then my ascii portfolio names only have a very limited traffic apart from of course the very successful .co.in. names.

I will also stop by occasionally should there be any reason to, but certainly to date this is not the place.

And for those that should be using non ascii - just hold that thought a little longer- or if even look a little deeper at what you can't see - yet.

It's all meant in good fun :)

People have noticed, just decided to comment on it. We've already beat a dead horse here; when it falls on deaf ears people tend to turn to some place else.

Maybe you should try other forums or just look at this weeks sales at DNJ.

Göteborg.nu (IDN) €7,200 = $10,374 Sedo

Not bad for a .nu extension.

But again whatever.

One sale a year doesn't make a trend, sorry.

See ya in a year :)

Please point out where I posted trend.

Have many high traffic names, sold many, most are unreported. Nothing I can do about that. But again I've already stated this as has many other people.

As to the second comment that's fine. Later.

Like I said before, in theory there should be more people using IDN than there are using ASCII, but here we are - it's been two weeks since anyone even posted in here.

What big, high traffic sales have you made. Post some screenshots.

Like I said people have moved elsewhere. IDN and it's progress is moving slow. Browser usage, awareness, et cetera. Jeez it's almost like I've posted this before. Oh wait I have. Everything seems to be a repeat here on DNF which is why people moved.

As I wouldn't ask for your high traffic stats on your domains and I've already stated those that are investing (i.e. buying) now don't want their sales released. I could post that "p-u-s-s-y" in thai is getting me over 700 uniques a day but then what do you really care. I really don't think you do.

I thought you said "see ya in a year" guess you're not sticking to it.

Can't help browser usage and the distribution of IE7 and Firefox. To bad the Asian internet is dependant on IE6 for the time being. But that has already been said also.

I know everyone should just speak english.

Sure I care! Post some stats and you'll instantly prove how amazing IDN is :) Do it! Do it! It's the obvious thing to do.

Hey, I'd be buying if they make any revenue. But now you're about to tell me that IDNers don't want to sell because of the huge tidal wave of cash that's coming their way, right?

Seems they don't want to sell (there's certainly no sales or wanted ads in here) but there's lots of big sales going on behind closed doors somewhere. Intriguing! Tell us more! :)

I'm sure you've told us all before, probably for the last three years but, sure enough, here we are in this God-forsaken ghost town.

And don't turn this into a "Beachie thinks everyone should speak English" discussion which is an easy way to twist my point - I already said IDN is a good idea in concept, I just know you won't make any revenue from it.

And I will see you in a year, but you think I'm gonna hibernate til then?
