Hey, I'd be buying if they make any revenue. But now you're about to tell me that IDNers don't want to sell because of the huge tidal wave of cash that's coming their way, right?

Seems they don't want to sell (there's certainly no sales or wanted ads in here) but there's lots of big sales going on behind closed doors somewhere. Intriguing! Tell us more!

And don't turn this into a "Beachie thinks everyone should speak English" discussion which is an easy way to twist my point - I already said IDN is a good idea in concept, I just know you won't make any revenue from it.

Many people are willing to sell. Most aren't advertising. Hence if you are making $40 bucks a month on a parked domain with an IDN that has an IE6 browser usage of 90-98% in that part of the world. People will wait until that percentage drops for more IDN compliant browsers. I know this has been said before also.

There is plenty of money being made. But you've already stated your bias ("I know you won't make any money from it") so your beliefs will be clouded by that. No one has to prove this to you.

I have my names and I'm happy with what I have.

If someone is interested in a name they can contact me through whois or it being parked and they do.

Stats are being posted. Just not here. That's just how it is. Maybe you missed the whole anti-IDN movement on DNF about a year ago here. People left.

There isn't one person that needs to prove anything. The story is being told. But I prefer to tell it elsewhere or personally and show stats to an interested buyer only. If anyone does have a question as to where just pm me. Seems other domain forums are blacked out for some reason.

I make a good deal of monthly parked PPC income via geo IDN's. They are an off the beaten path commodity, but solid earners when chosen wisely. Wouldn't develop one however, as even Google has trouble holding them at a steady rank. My language zone still only has a 30% IDN compatible browser capability [according to research], the type-in traffic future looks very good though, as the domains continue to break traffic and rev records.

You are right though legacy domainers are very protective of their investments. I'm sure it feels like 1996 to them only they missed the rush this time. But on purpose.

Hey, I'm willing to buy some IDNs if you can prove stats. I was here a couple of years ago discussing IDNs and you guys were holier-than-thou telling us how ASCII was obsolete. I just want to see how that worked out for y'all.
