LoanApple.com - PR3, 15-20 visitors/day, high CPC niche, change the layout and you get a great CTR rate and a nice profitable site. Currently suffering from stale articles, this also had a PR5 inner page until recently. Updating content will solve this as well. BIN $140. Traffic here
DebtApple.com - PR3, 15-20 visitors/day, also a high CPC niche, original content blog with growing traffic this month. Easy to drive up to PR4/5 and generate a decent Adsense CPC. BIN $150. Traffic here
ToeicCity.com - PR4, 1300 visitors/monthday, original content educational site with longterm steady traffic. Just stick AdSense on to have instant profitable site. BIN $350. Traffic here
Dogtrainingsecrets.net - Very little traffic, this is a professionally developed affiliate sales page for dog training products. I was going to promote by CPC and got a pro-designed CPC campaign and sales page setup - but never ran the campaign. Site only - BIN $70. Site + campaign details - $100 (a fraction I paid for the page and campaign by the way

I know people personally who have similar financial sites with similar traffic getting $100-$150+/month from AdSense - it's all in the layout so if you just change the two "apple" sites' templates they can surely do well.
