One possible sale route might be to find the person that owns the 3 FTV car registration plate in the UK, and sell it to them.

Yes, if anyone ever starts a TV station called 3F, or abbreviated 3F, you're in business.
Also, I would look to see if any relevant TV channels already exist and offer it to them.
