I thought all wallets were mobile. I mean you carry it with you, therefore it to me is mobile. Please explain the meaning.

It's hardly irrelevant if that's what you based your purchasing decision on. So... ignoring that link could you please explain the meaning?
With only 6 results at google for 4G Mobile Wallet it doesn't seem to be a phrase anybody is using - therefore I can't see it getting any interest.

Its not referring to a physical wallet in this case

Not sure about the 4G , but it being referred to as "mobile wallet"
