I just impulse bought this, and would appreciate feedback.

Also, if anyone has the time, I have a question. If you do a sort of hack like:
"windows.7tablet.com," are you still trademark-infringing?

I assume so, but would like to hear it from you guys.

I think it's worth just a little above nothing. Aside from the fact that this could be a TM infringement, considering that you specifically target "windows.7tablet.com", the development side is too narrow. I mean, what else can you do with it aside from "windows.7tablet.com"? You can just probably create a review-site for Windows 7 tablet but then again, in this fast-paced world of technology, I think it won't be too long before a new version of this gadget goes to market. I'm just saying that even developing this kind of name won't take you that far. Just my opinion.

Kithkanan is right, I think if you don't find EU, the best develpment way is to build a shop selling 7" chinese tablet...
