A domain expiring at TDNAM is still a fully hosted website?

Ok..I don't really understand how this works...theres a domain at TDNAM...with less than 12 hours on it...but when I google the keyword, it comes in first spot...with still a fully functional website running on it..

What am I missing?

The domains are in redemption period really, so that is how they pick the domains.

There are also "users" who list domains and I think this is the case here. I have listed a couple domains that have had sites on them. Does the auction say "seller" and not This expired domain auction... ?
