Adwords' monthly search volume question

I have been using Google adword keyword tool lately as I was trying to find some good keywords I could use for a domain name. There are some I would like to sell if ever I buy them. But before buying them, what do you suggest should be the search volume monthly to create interest in buyers and be able to sell it in ranges $20-$50, $51-$99, $100 up and $1000 up?

Make sure you are using the Exact searches not the Broad searches..as for the amount

of searches I would look at keywords that get at least 1,000 EXACT searches per month
