A savvy friend reported that Afternic is now using Scumware!!

He was using their Virtual Broker and his security program alerted him to the installation of (Gator) Scumware!!

Could this be Afternic's new low?

Can Afternic reach a new low after years of auctioning stolen domains and generally abusing their customers??

Yeah I remember going to afternic a little while back and it wanted to install that crock. As if pimping any software like that is not bad enough, they choose scumware that will remove revenue from their very customer base through the "helpful" text links.

I'm sure we'll see even more low blows from afternic over the coming months (if they survive that long).

They've also been approaching people offering them a cpm deal to host afternics parked page on their domains.

It all seems like they're trying to get their metrics up.

AN will survive.

It aint going no where, Reg.com are not going to throw 48 Mill down the tubes.

They have taken a new direction at the executive level and they dont give a D*** about the existing members.

The best thing that members can do is to keep a watchfull eye on your names listed at AN.

Anything could happen who knows what is next.

Tonight's wine selection:

Dominus Napa Valley '98, an extraordinary monster of a Cabernet, one that acts and tastes like a Bordeaux.

A reason to live, and only $85USD. :D

Yeah, there appears to have been a major drop on Friday or something. My SnapBacks were biting like fish in heat.

You're scaring me now!!!!

Just today I said to my friend the wine agent: "How can I get my hands on some Grange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

What name of yours can I buy to get the Grange!!!???

FLY ME TO THE MOON ON THE GRANGE EXPRESS!

Recently I had some Penfold's Old Vine, which is the pale cousin of the Grange!!!
