I planned on developing this site but now I need to sell. This domain is a pagerank 3 and it has over 700+ backlinks according to the yahoo linkdomain:http://www.agentdirectory.net search.

Also, you must open a godaddy account if you don't have one because it can't be transferred outside of godaddy for another 50 days or so. But I assume that should not be a problem for most of you!

Potential for lots here by either flipping to another real estate agent directory or signing up real estate agents for $50-100/yr, I just don't have the time to put it all together. Site ranks really well for California real estate searches.
