Amazon bans Phorm snoop advertising

Amazon has said it has opted out of snooping on sites an internet visitor views by Phorm technology, the technology is marketed as 'Webwise'.

European action is also starting against the the 'presumed consent' that UK laws at the moment inshrine allowing for such snooping to occur.
