Anybody know how to transfer a domain from one user to another at yahoo domains?

Is this possible? If not, is transfering a domain to another registrar from yahoo pretty much the same as every other registrar? It seems like it should be, but just making sure

You cannot push a domain as of now, but you can transfer to another registrar after the 60 day waiting period. I can verify, I have done it several times.
