I've been trying to contact their support via phone or email. no reply

trying to update DNS for a few names. wont go through

trying to get the auth code for a few names (they send it manually via email), no reply

tried to get a few names I've purchased through TBR added to my account. no reply, but they eventually quietly did it.

Not sure what's going on there, but I'm certainly not happy with their service

I have been having issues also. Trying to update Nameservers but one name isn’t resolving. I also recently won a TBR which I paid for but still awaiting for it to be transferred into my account. I emailed them regarding that but no response.

yes, and no one answers their phone. ive contacted the CIRA, but havent heard from them either

had to file a complaint and escalate it with the CIRA to get them to release my auth codes. Took me over a month to transfer my names out. Finally resolved DNS issues with recently purchased names in the TBR. Ridiculous in the 1st place that you have to email them for your auth code

very unhappy with their service. Wish they weren't a TBR player so I could abandon them for good

What a load of time wasting nonsense to have to go through:eek::mad:
Hope you gyus get some help from CIRA...please keep us updated.

I guess no one believed me when I posted here years ago about what a bunch of thieves they are. Changed the dns on a few hundred parked domains we owned and put it through their own PPC program for the $$$. It was 6 months worth of lost traffic before I caught them. And then only because I looked at a domain that had been making a pretty consistent $1-$2 a day and it was blank for months. When I checked, the nameservers weren't ours. Then when I started checking others...

Not a good company to trust with valuable transactions.

I actually signed up with them but when I saw how much trouble another domainer had transferring a domain out to me I decided not to do business there.

just had ANOTHER problem with them. had to escalate to the CIRA. i wouldn't use them except they're a player in TBR

Can you elaborate more as to what issue you had with them now?

yes, sure. I was just trying to transfer two domains that I won at TBR from MYid to another registrar. Unlike every other registrar in existence, myid requires you to email them for auth codes. So, i did, several times, and no reply.

So I had to escalate to CIRA. they resolved it, but I still never heard from myid directly

Can you elaborate more as to what issue you had with them now?

NamesPro.ca requires emailing a request to unlock and send EPP/Auth code but as usual with NamesPro.ca it is done quickly and efficiently.

Namespro is always on the ball. Their support is one of the best out there.

You would think the money MyId is pulling in from these TBR’s, they would hire more people for support. Looks like another 5 figure week in just TBR’s alone for MyId.
