you're right... obviously you didn't read the 20% commission part, but aside of that.. this domain is worth.. hmmm I think $275,000 maybe $370K if you move it to silent auction and a team of domainers bid on it

agree with the $150-200 range..might be a bit higher than the first suggested 120, but I dont see a reason to throw a fit over $30-50..I think thats still in the range, if you are trying to make a living of $30 differences for .info domains I think there are tough times ahead.
