Like SouthernTn I believe BBS is now outdated. Therefore the name has little interest other than historical.

There are many sites with AOL in them and AOL doesn't do anything. I have seen sites such as "Anti-AOL.com" be up for years and AOL never said anything to them. No need to worry.

Using this name to profiteer is in a totally different ballpark and uncomparable.
