I think the above appraisals are too high. Great name, but you can get a few two letters for high XX,XXX. I think there was a thread recently where there was a decent two letter with a minimum offer of 75K, which makes 75K a relavant number for a two letter...whether he sells it for that price or not. I know most two letters are XXX,XXX and higher though.

25K for me, but many of these names are becoming like prized paintings and very exclusive, so you could get lucky and make a bigger score. Time is on your side and we aren't quite at the mania phase for these types of names, so wait it out for a few years and you might get 100K.

yea of course in those few years we may have a massive crash.

i am prodicting one in the next 20 years or so. Not so bad as before but i think reastate for sure will crash with taht will alot of prices for names.

I would pay at lest $50,000.

Regular Real-Estate may crash, but domain names won't crash until there is a bubble. Everyone I try to explain the business to sits on their asses and doesn't get involved....there is a big learning curve in this game.

Every regular goofball in the world was talking about regular real-estate the last few years..that's why it will implode.

You would probably pay 50K for the name if you "only had the money". I know for a fact there are better names to be had for 50K and less...names that at a bare minimum can make a few thousand per year with simple parking and no effort. This name won't get any traffic, unless it is speculators checking to see what the page looks like.

You should offer 50K for it and go from there.
