BET Award Show is not a Registered Trademark, it is however a risky domain if the owner was to use it to confuse with Black Entertainment Television, but again that would be for a UDRP or the Courts to decide.

He could use it as Bald Egotistical Sasquatch Award Show. Trademark violation really depends on the domains intent.

However all the domains are crap and not worth reg fee with the exception of freebooksdirectory, that is worth $2
