Maybe last year or the year before but the local councils have done vast improvements which would have stopped 85% of the floods that occured over the past 5 years. Being from the north east though I could see them making mid xxx

Yea i am originally from upstate ny, currently reside in boston. There has been vast reports of flooding recently in PA and NH, especially with increasingly wild weather patterns these domains may gain value

Sorry I keep thinking everyone lives in the UK, there was a lot of problems with flooding in the North East of England and they have recently corrected the problems but it was really big business last year and all sorts of people were advertising on the Flooding sites from painters to photo restoring so I think there could be a lot of interest in it.
