Depending on the up keep of the site last month it got 8 signups on TGP traffic, nothing huge but it's been running automatically off a TGP script. At the present ad spots are not being sold to generate revenue. It has great potential to be a money maker but until someone has the time to run it as a TGP should be run then I cannot give accurate figures only what I have from automatically running it on a script

I am not 100% sure. My guess would be from the $X,XXX's to even the $XX,XXX's. You should get a professional appraisal for a more accurate idea.
