This domain has no value, however, someone has expressed interest, which means it has value to him/her. I would be happy selling for $50, but aim for $150

Well it could be used for Celtic (Irish) E-commerce. And there is one price request so I would reckon that I could fetch more than just the reg fee.

Actually, you may scare them away asking for $150. Ask them what they want to pay. Whatever they say (30, 40) take it an run.
