Thanks guys, that's what I thought - but the guy offered 200$. I said no, the guy turned around and offered $600. So I took it.

But I have been racking my brain trying to figure out why he wanted it so badly. Odd, very odd.

But I only worried about it after we closed the escrow.com transaction.

Thanks Doc, but it wasn't me. This customer was highly motivated for some reason, and I can't figure out why... Searches online for similiar company names in his location came up with no results,
