Nice name.

Not very valuable before development unless there is a telecom offering a TextItFree service.

Could be developed as a portal which once the user logs in allows free text messages. I'll bet a major telecom would be interested in acquiring that domain (and user base) for low to mid xx,xxx once branding is accomplished.
