I dont consider .be at the moment economic good as they say to be economic good you need to have a price for it. Hold it for some years, then u might have good value. For example I am sure next year thousands and thousand of good .be names will drop. Any one can pick them up for RegFee.

i would say name.be, infant.be and pencil.be are higher than reg fee
