4JR.COM - Best of the group...50$ maybe, maybe 100$. Not the best 3 char in the world but by far not the worst.

INHO 4jr.com is a great 3 char domain that includes a number and actually means something.

4jr = For junior

Lots of usage potential, I think. Can be a site for kids or gifts for kids.

I would say mid X,XXX to high X,XXX to end user. More if they have the budget.

If you can't get it now then hang on it.
