Thanks for the input. I was hoping for at least a few appraisals to get a median value. So anyone else who wants to participate please feel free.

I disagree... (respectfully)... I think that the .net 3 letter market is still strong, but both for .us and the other gTLDs, it really depends on the actual acronym (or word)....

3 letters are still nice

$xxx (mid - high) .... for AQA.

I just sold a collection of about ten 3-Letter .US (no bad letters- q,z,k,j,x,z,y,v) for under $100 each. I would sell at $140 if the offer was coming from a reseller.
