Do you own it? Appraisals are for domains that you own. It appears to be owned by a real estate company in New York State. Certainly worth low $xx,xxx

Actually I've approached them November last year and they wanted to sell to me for $6k. Well come to think of it now luckily i didn't buy it. Doesn't serve any purpose for me. Mid x,xxx.
i sold c6.com last summer (check DNJournal) for $14,500 and I thought that I was a good price. I don't think you'll get more than $1X,XXX for this as the value of LN.COM has not kept with the market increases when taking into consideration LL/NN/LLL/NNN

I thought it would be fitting to update this thread with the price B6.com sold for (yes, I gave in and sold it).
It went to a NY business for 45K. Hard to part with B6.com, but frees up more money for reinvesting.
