His favorite quote: You can be rich!

Apparently while making paupers out of those who do business with you.

At least Tom will still be his friend after all of this.

I received this Pm and immediately forwarded it to a moderator on Sunday morning, 9-10-2006.

We used to immediately temporary Ban members who spam members back when I was a mod.

He's so dumb putting his picture on myspace ;)

oh well they never said criminals were smart.

The local police requested for the IP address and MAC id from -=DCG=- last night. DCG got the police's phone number and email address, so he should give that out soon required by law.

DCG may give that out if he chooses, but there is no requirement on his part to provide any such information absent a warrant or subpoena.

A MAC address will be little short of useless, and DCG has already given the IP information in his possession. This guy is traceable from many other sources -- see my post above.

The only thing missing now is his phone number!! I´ll make some connections to get his home number or cell phone.

Thanks Adam. I have sent the police the information this afternoon.

Here's something I don't get: If this guy is hacking into paypal accounts to buy goods, Verifired accounts no less, how the F*** does paypal lay that responsibility on the seller? Seems to me like there is a lawsuit waiting to happen unless I'm missing something.

Paypal didn't protect the seller in this case, but a lawsuit against a big company eBay/Paypal will be tough. I do agree that Paypal should be protecting the sellers as well.
