I don't usually ask for appraisals, but this one is a bit of a wildcard in today's crashing economy... I'm thinking something in the 20k ballpark.

org is better than net for this use

I like the .org over the .net too.

...but do not see the .org fetching 20K when the .net is @ $2K.

IMO, The other 18K in savings could easily SEO and monetize the .net ahead of any gains to be realized from paying 18K more just for the .org.

Build a $4/click PPC site and see if the masses will come - then flip it for $20K.
