It's really not a good combination of words nor is it common. Regfee on this one. Please feel free to PM me and ask before you register a domain name. This will help you out alot and save you some cash.

Its hard to explain but although this phrase makes enough sense that it may 'sound' familiar, and therefore, like it has value, unfortunately, I doubt that it does. You must ask yourself:-
1. Who might use this name?
2. Would they particularly want this name over other names that may be equally as descriptive and available to register for nothing?

Now, i can see a couple of potential uses for the domain as a news site, an awareness type site, or an informational site. There are, however, hundreds of phrases that would better match what somebody looking for this sort of name might type in, and the meaning is actually a little ambiguous due to the number of potential uses for the name.
I have to say, I wouldn't expect a big sale from this name- although there are always lucky ones! I would focus on developing the name, as this can substantially increase its value, or spend some time on here as you can learn a lot with a bit of reading on the forum.
