best way to develop a generic?

I own a three letter domain that is generic for its category.

Who can provide me with a turn-key site complete with advertising and PPC? This needs to be more sophisticated than a parking page. It should sell its own ads and allow user posting of articles, calls for help, etc.?

But how do you plan to traffic the site/promote it?

And Im sure you can find some PPC script at HotScripts.com. Assuming you wanted to open your own little PPC.
