You must know that DNjournal reported that
blog.ca sold for $20,000 earlier this year.

So blogs.ca must be in the ballpark of that figure,
might even get some traffic just because of blog.ca
(people will be wondering what is at blogs.ca, etc.)
A great name to have!

As for 4got.com, I would appraise at $xx, if lucky low $xxx.
blogs.ca is the one to focus your development on, you
might even get an unsolicited offer down the road.
