Just wondering what the average broker commission is?I have a name that was appraised by two members but not sure what an official appraisal would be if there even is such a thing.Anyways if i was thinking of selling it i was just curious about brokers commission/escrow fee's etc,Thanks.

Acceptable commission is between 5% to 15% on sale value.
