Both are Nice. Brokers.us is the better of the two. The .us TLD requires either development OR speculators to sell. If not you will get a fraction of the value. Brokers.us is worth high $XXX or even low $XXXX o the right buyer. Buildings.us is worth maybe $100 to domainers. You would have to find a market/niche to sell it to an enduser. GOod luck.
