Let's go with the obvious here...hook up with feeds and links to beach bunny buns and then you come back and tell us how much it is worth.
In other words, develop and exploit the heck out of it.
You may have a good domain to get a huge share of this market, .us or not.
I have BirthdaySuits.us and it gets decent traffic.
As a domain name, perhaps xx-xxx. As a site? Way more!
