BusinessFinancing.com

I'm thinking it could be developed into a directory of business financing sources like http://www.businessfinance.com/

Let me know your thought everybody. I'm looking for many appraisals on this one so post your opinions away.

Thanks!

People all over want to getinbusiness.com :-) . This domain of yours is a winner, first rate domaining. I'd be willing to go to the $xxx, xxx range, with mid to high $xx,xxx being the minimum. It's the next best thing to businessloans.com.

Congratulations! Nice to see that you have owned it for a while. I appraise it a mid-low xxx,xxx to an end user. In all honesty, I would develop it as another revenue stream or look at leasing it. Just my 2 cents worth. I am new to this forum but not new to the Net as well.

Oh wow, thanks for the first 2 high appraisals!

.

Overture search results is over 43,000 .. Combine this with a huge industry such as this and you are sitting pretty.

I would have to concur with previous analysis from others posters.. Between mid to high $xx,xxx range IMHO ..

I wish you the best of luck with it.

.

My server logs indicate around 20-30 visitors per day, but I will place a counter on the page just to be sure since this number seems rather low for typeins.

Any more appraisals? Please let me know your reasons for the appraisal too, not just the figure if possible.

Hi,

Considerations:

Business financing --

OVT 43490

OVT w/ extension 0

Google 803,000

Word Tracker 1649 / 1743

Numerous other popular phrases with “business financing,” e.g. small business financing, start up business financing, creative business financing, etc.

Strong sector

mid to high $xxxx

A higher price would necessitate high type-in traffic, which probably is not occurring considering that the OVT with extension is 0.

Good luck

I would not even consider selling this domain to a reseller/domainer. This is an enduser name that could draw large $$ from the right financial company.

Traffic is very important but in the case of domains like this the value lies in the usage....not strictly in traffic..most endusers could care less how many people come there before they obtain it. I have a similar domain that gets considerably more traffic and earns decent money..but I would never even consider selling it based on traffic.

If nothing else it could be easily developed as a paid resource site with additional content and google ads ( ok top bids $2-2.50ish ) and do very well. Sit on this for the right buy and 6 figures is not out of the question at all....but that also relies on your negotiating skills.

Mid $x,xxx undev.

Atleast $ 10,000. Goodluck.

Oh wow, seems like the appraisals range from 4 figures to 6 figures. Thanks for everyone's input.

Izoot, I agree with you that I should seek an end user for this domain and that they should be a financial company. This name is a perfect fit because it describes exactly what the company would offer (Business Financing) and this being a large, financial/loan related industry it could become a profitable and fitting domain for the right enduser. And yes the top bids for this keyword combination are above 2 dollars/click.

If I owned it I would develop it and work my behind off for the next 1-2 yr on only this site I am sure it would bring you lot of revenue if done propertly.. Then you will be able to get mid XX,xxx to low XXX,xxx as is now I would say mid to high X,xxx

Good luck

bizzy,

As much as I would like to develop it, I need it sold in the upcoming week to cover some emergency medical bills. Posted for sale on http://www.dnforum.com/f5/businessfinancing-com-will-sold-105352.html

Will be sold to the highest offer given to me by August 8th
