Buying a Registar Lock Domain

The current state of the domain I'd like to buy is Registar Lock and is currently registered on Enom. He has expired since 2018-11-05.

I'm totally new to this. I read couple artices about it but I'm a bit confused about what would be the best way to buy it.

The domain is a super random domain name that doesn't have a specific value.

I've heard that Enom is partenering with Namejet. However, if I search the domain name in this website, I can only add it on a "wishlist".

Is it too early to backorder it ?

What will be the best option to get it ?

if it's at enom, then mostly llikely namejet will catch it.... if somebody backorders it.

however, if nobody backorders it and it drops, then you may be able to hand register it.

this all depends on, some if's

if the name is good for you, maybe good for somebody else, so you may have competition
if the name is not all that good, then chance nobody else wants it.

but the date you posted is several months away, and the owner may decide to renew.

maybe seek another domain, while you wait.

Registrar lock does not stop any other registrar from catching a drop.

if the domain doesn't expire until November 2018, then i'd wait until it goes into "expired or redemption" period, before backordering.
