I wouldn't call it a sale. I'd call it a settlement and I wouldn't say that's good for .tv.

We now have an attorney or law firm that now has a winning case against a .tv domain.

I just had a good laugh. That is VERY funny.

I hope you're kidding because if you're not you're going to be on the receiving end of another C&D, especially with that attitude of "selling" the domain to the TM owner.

domain newbie:

1. Looks like you have some good .TV names so read some more about this extension and UDRP process - you may need this.

2. You can't sell tm to the owner - this proofs domain hijacking. You can offer free transfer for compensation (the most).

3. So .TV is great and .MOBI is garbage?
