A properly developed web site, that is. Avoid these "mass development" schemes that promise you the world cheaply. You get what you pay for. See great video here.
The definition of mini sites overrides the logic of full development, which includes 10 or more supportive pages, maps for SEO purposes, contact forms, interactive elements, databases etc. If monetization via adsense is what you want, then "mini sites" are what you're getting. Web site development is a science, not a slap-up contest.
Here is a new WhyPark site < link removed> which took roughly 30-min to setup and as mentioned by Acro in Theo's post #8 above meets or exceeds most all his requirements such as at least 10-pages and having lots of other cool developed site features such as RSS and a newsletter, etc.
