I am looking for someone who can build and maintain a forum for me for my domain www.homemadesoap.com

This name gets constant type-ins every day and thought will do better as a forum. I need similar help on 2 other names. Please let me know how much you will charge. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the forum(s) as I have no time!..I also need to build a blog on another name.
