Can Someone Tell Me Please

I started the following message in another thread with no replies.

If this is NOT the appropriate place to ask this question can someone please tell me where I should ask it?

I have a question for a pro. If this is posted in the wrong area, my apologies.

What value should be placed on domains that are redirects, if any? For instance, a domain name that has a good Alexa Rank and numerous Alexa Links but redirect to a live domain.

Anybody answer this for me?

It is irrelevant whether it redirects or not.

The value is "how and what" attracts the traffic to the domain name.

It is totally dependant on the volume and quality of traffic that you are recieveing.

It is 2 stages, how it gets there, and then what happens when it gets there.(that is a different matter)
